Hi there!

My name is Alexander Blomqvist from Stockholm Sweden, I'm the founder and director of Property Grit. Now why did I as a Swede start a property business in the UK you might ask. The answer is that I have a passion for property businesses and property investments, be it in Sweden, the UK or anywhere else. Right now I see great potential in the UK property market, as well as the potential to take advantage of strategies that's not applicable in my home market. The idea is to open the door for Swedish investors to the UK property market in order to take opportunity to use the best strategies in two markets, and in that way make to most effective returns on capital.
